This was my first ever order from
you (New Years Eve 2020). I
spent £40, but was very
disappointed with parts of the
meal. The chips were luke warm,
and limp. Very poor. Thank you
for the complimentary pappadoms,
but they were soft and inedible.
The tarka daal was inedible, it
was like soup and was only warm.
The tarka daal should have been

The last time I placed an order
the Pilau Rice I'd ordered was
not delivered. Rather than wait
for the rice to be delivered
separately while the rest of the
food went cold I agreed to remind
them the next time I ordered and
the rice would be discounted.
When placing an order, I
mentioned this but the price of
the rice was not discounted from
my order, even though the person
on the phone tried to tell me it
had - I can add up and knew that
he was charging me the full
price! I have been a loyal
customer of this restaurant for
many years when it was at its old
address in Station Road but will
no longer be ordering from these
overpriced con merchants.

Hi. Ordered from you lots of
times and the food has always
been excellent. Ordered tonight
and disappointed. It was cold on
arrival and not very flavoursome.
The Korma was very watery and the
veg not that nice. Dal saamba the
same. As I said, usually amazing
and I don’t like giving
negative feedback as we have
always been impressed up until
now. Rather do it this way than
publicly as I hate it when people
do that. I have said average
below but that only applies to
this order. Normally I would rate
as very good.
I placed feedback with the
previous order on the 12/12/2020
asking for a response by the
Manager because I felt that the
Taka Dahl was very watery and not
nice. He did not respond so what
is the point of asking for
Reply : Hi, we are really sorry to hear about this. Our tarka daal is usually watery. If you’d like it more thick, you can always leave a note. If you order in the future, we’d like to add a tarka daal on the house. Once again we’re sorry for the inconvenience.

My friends shared their curry
with us so I am ordering and we
are sharing on my Mouse2House
delivery to France. Thank you for
doing this for us.
I enjoy the how the presents the
takeaway into my doorstep. The
value of the money is definitely
worth paying it.
Overall the meal was excellent.
However, we are now regular
customers of the takeaway service
and on this occasion, the Takka
Dahl was VERY watery with few
lentils and very disappointing.
I am leaving my details for a
response from the Manager.
I have had many deliveries from
here and can honestly say I have
never been disappointed, order is
always correct and the food looks
fresh and tastes sooo good
I had problems paying, but I got
there in the end.
Always great service.
Having previously received great
service and beautiful food from
your restaurant, I have to say, I
was hugely disappointed with my
experience earlier on this
I ordered a small order at 1905
and after a 2 hour wait and 2
phone calls to the restaurant, my
order arrived at 2110. Most of
the food was lukewarm, one dish
was sadly inedible.
Could I possibly ask for a refund
or partial refund please?
I don’t want to stop using your
restaurant but, I am saddened to
have had this experience this
